Judy Gray – Senior Vice President Trust Administration Mrs. Gray began her career in trust with Arkansas Bank & Trust in 1978 as an Administrative Assistant. Judy became a Personal Trust Administrator in 1991 with First Commercial Trust Company and was promoted to Senior Trust Officer in 1996. She served in this position until July 1998, when she joined Community First Trust Company. Judy is a graduate of Nixon Clay Business College of Austin, Texas and a graduate of Arkansas Bankers Trust School. Rob Bischof – Senior Vice President Trust Administration Mr. Bischof is a native of Hot Springs. His banking career began in 1978 working for First National Bank of Hot Springs in various capacities including Branch Manager, Commercial Loan Officer, and Vice President of Indirect Lending. In 1990 he joined American Express as a Financial Planner. His trust career began in 1992 when he joined First Commercial Trust Company as a Personal Trust Administrator. In 1996 he was promoted to Senior Trust Officer and held that position until 1999 when he joined Community First Trust Company. Rob graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks Administration. He graduated from the Arkansas Bankers Trust School and the Arkansas Bankers Lending School. Jo Phillips –Vice President Trust Administration Mrs. Phillips began her banking career in 1980 at Hillsdale County National Bank in Jonesville, Michigan and remained there until 1982. Upon leaving Michigan, Jo worked for the State of Arkansas for 9 years where she acquired legal experience with both the County Court system and several attorneys in Hot Springs. Jo is a Licensed Insurance Agent with the State of Arkansas. She began working for Community First Trust Company in 1998. Jo attended Saddleback Jr. College in Mission Viejo, CA and graduated from the Arkansas Bankers Trust School in 1993. Julie Saul – Senior Vice President Trust Administration Ms. Saul, a native Arkansan and resident of Hot Springs Village, has five years banking experience with seven years in Trust administration. Julie began her banking career as a teller for Arkansas Bank & Trust. She was promoted to a Personal Trust Assistant in the Trust Department and later promoted to Trust Officer for First Commercial Trust Co. in Hot Springs Village. Julie began working for Community First Trust Company in July 1998. She received her B.A. in Accounting at William Woods College in Fulton, MO. She is also a graduate of the Arkansas Bankers Trust School. Julie is in our Hot Springs Village Office. Scott M. Simmons - Vice President Trust Administration Mr. Simmons is a native of Russellville, Arkansas. He is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University where he received a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting and Economics and Finance. Scott graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law and from the University of Denver where he received a Master of Laws in Taxation degree. He previously served as Assistant General Counsel for Cooper Communities, Inc. Beginning in 1995 he worked in private practice in Russellville focusing on estate planning and taxation which he continued until February, 2001, when he began his employment with Community First Trust Company in Russellville.
